Overview
We are seeking a Director of Men's Brand & Growth to lead the strategy, positioning, and commercial expansion of a rapidly growing category within the business.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, this role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, partnerships, and integrated marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a scalable growth engine by developing compelling brand positioning, unlocking new customer audiences, and driving both brand equity and revenue performance.
This is a highly strategic and commercially focused leadership role offering significant ownership and influence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and evolve the brand identity, messaging, positioning, and tone of voice for the category.
Develop a clear and differentiated market position that resonates with target consumers.
Partner closely with Brand, Product, and Commercial teams to shape product roadmaps, launch strategies, and customer propositions.
Ensure consistent storytelling and brand representation across all consumer touchpoints.
Growth & Revenue Expansion
Own acquisition and growth strategies across multiple marketing and customer engagement channels.
Identify opportunities to expand customer reach, unlock new audiences, and accelerate category growth.
Collaborate with Growth and Performance Marketing teams to optimise customer acquisition, efficiency, and scale.
Drive commercial performance through a combination of strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimisation.
Monitor key business metrics and take accountability for growth outcomes.
Partnerships & Cultural Relevance
Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships that elevate brand awareness and cultural relevance.
Build long-term relationships with ambassadors, creators, industry influencers, and key partners.
Develop marketing initiatives that align the brand with relevant cultural moments, trends, and communities.
Lead partnership activation strategies that generate both brand engagement and measurable business impact.
Integrated & Offline Marketing
Collaborate with Integrated Marketing teams to develop compelling cross-channel campaigns.
Support the development of offline media initiatives, experiential activations, sponsorship opportunities, and broader brand-building activity.
Ensure all brand communications align with wider commercial objectives and long-term brand equity goals.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise future activity based on performance insights.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with senior stakeholders across Growth, Brand, Product, Commercial, and Partnerships functions.
Act as the internal owner and strategic leader for the category, ensuring alignment across teams and initiatives.
Drive accountability, prioritisation, and execution against business objectives.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement across all aspects of category growth.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Monitor performance against key commercial, marketing, and brand metrics.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive growth and operational excellence.
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Present performance updates, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Experience
Minimum 7+ years' experience within Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy, or Integrated Marketing roles.
Proven success building, scaling, or leading high-growth consumer brands, categories, or business units.
Experience balancing both brand-building initiatives and commercial growth objectives.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, brand positioning, and integrated marketing strategies.
Experience working within high-growth consumer, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, fashion, or direct-to-consumer environments is highly desirable.
Technical & Strategic Skills
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Experience developing brand strategies and go-to-market plans that deliver measurable results.
Strong understanding of customer behaviour, audience segmentation, and growth marketing principles.
Ability to analyse business performance data and translate findings into strategic action.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
