Overview
We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support the execution of brand strategy, new product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Reporting into the Brand team, this role will act as a key coordinator across product development, marketing, e-commerce, operations, and creative functions. The successful candidate will help bring products and campaigns to life through exceptional project management, stakeholder coordination, and executional excellence.

Key Responsibilities
New Product Development
Support the execution of new product development initiatives from concept through to launch readiness.
Build and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment across Brand, Product Development, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
Assist in the development of product positioning, naming, and messaging frameworks.
Track project milestones and proactively identify potential risks to delivery timelines.
Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and trend monitoring to support innovation initiatives.
Product Launch & Go-To-Market Execution
Support the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
Coordinate launch timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment across multiple departments.
Assist in the creation of launch briefs, ensuring consistency across campaign messaging and channel execution.
Coordinate the delivery of launch assets and ensure readiness across all customer touchpoints.
Partner with operational and commercial teams to support seamless launch execution.
Campaign Management
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, retail, and experiential channels.
Build and maintain campaign timelines, project trackers, and deliverable schedules.
Ensure all campaign activity aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to support successful campaign delivery.
Creative & Content Coordination
Partner closely with Creative and Marketing teams to ensure consistency across all brand assets.
Support content production initiatives, including photoshoots, asset management, and project logistics.
Review creative assets to ensure alignment with brand identity and messaging frameworks.
Packaging & Product Asset Management
Support packaging and artwork development processes from concept through final approval.
Coordinate stakeholder feedback and approval workflows across multiple departments.
Track revisions and ensure final assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a central point of coordination across Brand, Growth, Digital, CRM, Social Media, E-commerce, and Operations teams.
Ensure alignment across all customer touchpoints throughout product launches and campaign activations.
Build strong working relationships across the wider business to support successful project execution.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Track product launch and campaign performance across relevant channels.
Support post-campaign and post-launch analysis, identifying key learnings and opportunities.
Monitor competitor activity, consumer trends, and market developments to inform future initiatives.
Process & Workflow Management
Maintain project management systems, timelines, asset libraries, and workflow documentation.
Ensure projects remain organised, transparent, and delivered on schedule.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across teams.
Experience
2-4 years' experience within Brand Marketing, Marketing, Product Marketing, or related commercial functions.
Experience supporting new product development, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience working within beauty, wellness, lifestyle, consumer goods, or high-growth consumer brands is highly desirable.
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence.
Experience using project management tools and workflow systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable working with performance data, reporting, and campaign analysis.
Exposure to e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, or digital marketing channels would be advantageous.
